The first one is called AVG, which they are well known for anti-virus program tool.
they are rated 4 stars out of 5 from download.com.
www.Avast.com is great for webshielding(firewall), auto updates for you, and much more.
But remember, do not have two of these running at the same time.
always uninstall one of them to install the other.
If you have two anti-virus program running at the sametime, they detect each other as viruses(most of the time, but not all).
